You will have to repeat the process of marking products for fulfillment for the additional store.
Shopify and Squarespace stores can be added through the app, for assistance in adding an API or custom store you should contact your Account Manager.
Managing Multiple Stores
Your store's inventory and orders can be viewed in the Inventory, Orders, and Restock sections.
Selecting Products from the New Store
The process of marking products for fulfillment is the same as setting up your initial store. Even if you sell the same products across stores, you will still need to mark the products of your additional store for fulfillment.
In the SKU Management section, you will see tags noting which store a product belongs to.

Each store can have different settings and be turned on and off independently.
