Processing Times and SLAs

Unless otherwise outlined in your contract, our current service level agreements (SLAs) and processing times are as follows. Airhouse operates Monday-Friday and does not operate on the weekends. All are based on local warehouse time (below) and expressed in business days (excluding weekends) vs. total days:
