How to Use the Shipping Rate Estimator

The Shipping Rate Estimator allows you to generate shipping rate estimates based on the a shipment’s destination, estimated dimensions, and weight.

This tool provides the full estimated landed shipping cost of a single shipment sending from an Airhouse warehouse, inclusive of fuel and other dynamic shipping carrier surcharges. International shipping costs are not inclusive of all potential customs, duty or tax fees.

NOTE: All rates are best estimates, and not guaranteed quotes.

The estimator can be found on the Settings page in Airhouse.

After you input all required information and click Show Shipping Rates, the estimator will load all the full estimated landed cost of a given shipment. Because surcharges and fuel change frequently from shipping carriers, that estimate will include all of the following:

Base shipping label cost
Area surcharges
Handling surcharges
Fuel surcharges
Peak surcharges
Residential surcharges
Miscellaneous surcharges

NOTE: The Shipping Rate Estimator will display rates for ALL shipping methods available at the warehouse(s) you ship from with Airhouse. If you would like to add additional shipping methods to your Shopify store and Airhouse account, please contact your Account Manager to ensure they are properly added.
