Reserving inventory allows you to remove a specific number of units from the sellable inventory count in your store. This is useful if you want to keep some units on hand for things like VIP orders or wholesale orders.
To reserve inventory, click on the product or SKU in the Inventory Dashboard. Then update the reserved count to your desired quantity and click ENTER
Your “For Sale” count will then reflect the number of units available for sale in the warehouse, minus the reserved unit count.
If you would like to add reserved units back into the sellable count, you can do so by editing the quantity lower or down to 0. This will update in your storefront's inventory after the next inventory sync, and immediately within the Airhouse app.
